Bitnet is committed to protecting your privacy. You can visit most pages on our site without giving us any information about yourself. But sometimes we do need information to provide services that you request, and this privacy statement explains data collection and use in those situations. This privacy statement only applies to iRelease.biz; it does not apply to other online or offline Bitnet sites, products or services.

You can browse most of the iRelease site without having to submit any information that personally identifies you (personal information) or allows us to contact you. The only area which is protected by a login system is MyIRelease. In order to use the iRelease control pannel, you will first have to register an account on iRelease. During the registration process you will be asked for information that we will need in order to supply you with your requested services.

The information you submit during the registration process will only be used by Bitnet in relation to the service(s) or product(s) you have registered for. Bitnet will not disclose or share your personal information to any 3rd party. Bitnet will only send information related to the service(s) or product(s) you have registered for to your post mail or email address. Bitnet will not use the information collected during the registration process to send any unsolicited mail ( post or electronic ).

Note on your account security: Information submitted during the registration process may be accessed from your iRelease account. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Bitnet immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Bitnet will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by Bitnet or another party due to someone else using your account or password. You may not use anyone else's account at any time, without the permission of the account holder.
